Every building in the area surrounding this waypoint is boarded up, and appears to be bulldozer fodder. The farms to the east, which still show up in Google's 2002 satellite imagery, have been magically transformed into a new north-south runway at Dulles Airport.
Other than a couple of structures down on Stonecroft Blvd, it's almost accurate to say that Willard is nothing more than a memory.
